The service

The Auto Marketing Engine prepares social media content for your business, publishes the content you approve to social accounts you connect, and reports the results. Where account setup is included, real people set up accounts under your business's own identity, with your authorization.

Plain-English commitments

• Your accounts stay yours. Social accounts, pages, followers, and content belong to you at all times. Disconnect whenever you like.
• Month to month. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period. No lock-in.
• Approval by default. While approval mode is on (the default), nothing publishes without a yes from you or your team.
• No fabrication. The engine composes posts from facts you provide or that appear in your own listings and materials. Posts whose facts can't be verified are held, not published.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage every account you connect and every brand you ask us to represent.
• Content you approve is your speech: you're responsible for its accuracy and legality (including industry rules that apply to you, such as fair-housing requirements in real-estate advertising).
• You'll comply with each social platform's own terms; connected platforms may change or revoke API access, which is outside our control.

Acceptable use

No spam, no deceptive or unlawful content, no fake accounts or impersonation, no harassment. We may decline or hold any content, and may suspend service that violates these rules.

Fees

Setup packages and monthly plans are priced as quoted to you in writing before you pay. Third-party platform fees (for example X's per-post API fee) are included in our plans unless quoted otherwise.

Service quality, honestly stated

We work to keep the service running continuously and publish on schedule, but no software service can promise perfection. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for platform outages, platform policy actions, or the performance of any particular post.

Ending service

You can cancel any time. On cancellation (or on request at any time) we disconnect your accounts and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for violation of these terms.
